Your Awning my look too far gone. Many awnings can be cleaned. Organic growth (algae and mold) can make your canvas look beyond repair. We have had good success bringing awnings back to life at a fraction of the cost to replace them. As always, it is better to have them cleaned periodically. I know that I would rather have a visitor or customer coming up to a clean awning.
